Malcolm Nicholls Limited extends its range of services to include a HiQ SLS Sinterstation. SLS compliments their range of services by offering functional high strength prototypes without the need for tooling. The HiQ option was chosen specifically to allow Malcolm Nicholls Limited (MNL) to consistently offer high quality parts; a philosophy that MNL has built its reputation upon. MNL will start by offering Duraform PA and Castform PS materials. The Nylon parts (Duraform PA) will be available in white or coloured to customer specified Pantone numbers. Castform PS parts, when infiltrated with wax, be come investment casting patterns. Castform patterns are ideally suited to complex functional metal castings, as traditional tooling considerations for waxes are eliminated. MNL will continue to offer SLA parts which are more suited to high accuracy aesthetic components especially where Vacuum Castings are required. MNL’s services now include: SLA (Viper and SLA5000), HiQ SLS, CNC machining, Vacuum Casting, Model Making, and Metal Castings. MNL – giving you a choice.
