During the week of the TCT Live 2009 show; MNL are offering an additional 5 castings FREE when you order 10 castings before the end of the show week. (Friday 23rd October 2009).
That's right, place an order for masters, silicon tooling and 10 set(s) of PU castings and MNL will give you an additional 5 set(s) of castings for free.
The additional castings will be in a specific rigid material* with a plain colouring. They would also be despatched straight from the silicon tools with only the feeds and vents removed.
The extra sets would be extremely suited for functional testing, assembly line trials, feedback for design team, toolmakers aids etc.

This offer is NOT valid for components from existing tools.
The offer is restricted to components that can be produced in "One Hit" from a standard 004 Vacuum Casting machine. Max tool size approx 900 x 600 x 600mm.
The specific rigid material does have certain limitations with respect to complexity of geometry, wall thickness and a few other minor considerations.
